San Bernardino Tennis Buddies is an all volunteer program. It is important that you offer the coaches your assistance. You can offer to pick up balls at practice or keep score at matches. It is also very important that your child attend all practices and matches or they will not be eligible for All Stars.

PARENT PERMISSION SLIP

(Player(s)), has my permission to participate in the Tennis Buddies program (affiliated with the San Bernardino Tennis Patrons Association). With this permission slip, I hereby release Tennis Buddies and hold harmless for any injury, damage, loss, or liability that may arise during or be caused by participation in this league including any persons coaching, administrating, or assisting in the league.

TENNIS BUDDIES BEHAVIOR CONTRACT
(All Parents & Players Must Read and Execute)

Parents will act respectfully toward other parents, coaches, players, and league officials.

Parents will not coach their child during matches.

Parents will offer their assistance to the coach during practices and matches.

Parents will set a good example of acceptable behavior for the players.

Parents of young children, please explain the following rules to your player and have them write their initials and sign their name if they are able.

Players will exhibit good sportsmanship.

Players will call balls fairly and accurately during singles/doubles matches.

Players will shake hands after a match (win or lose).

Players will not use profanity.

Failure by parents or players to abide by these rules will result in removal from the league.
